GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms of Service take effect on January 25, 2025.

The owner of the website www.sabatconsulting.com is Sabat Consulting S.C., located at Piłsudskiego Street 14/4, 33-100 Tarnów, Poland. The company's Tax Identification Number (NIP) is 8732822326, and its National Business Registry Number (REGON) is 851788360.

The business is registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) of the Republic of Poland.

The website www.sabatconsulting.com operates in accordance with the principles outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

The Website offers Products and services to Customers worldwide.

These terms outline the conditions for entering and terminating Product Sales Agreements, as well as the associated complaint procedures.

Customers are required to comply with these Terms and Conditions from the moment they begin using the Electronic Services offered by the website.

In addition, the use of the Website is subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on the Website.

In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the following laws shall apply:

ORDER FORM – A form enabling customers to place orders.

ORDER – The Customer's declaration of intent constitutes an offer to conclude a Sales Agreement.

INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS AND ORDERING

The Website offers products to Customers located worldwide.

The prices displayed on the Website are gross prices and include VAT where applicable.

For Customers located outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply and are the Customer's responsibility.

This set includes building blocks and auxiliary materials for conducting simulations.

Purchasing the set grants the Customer a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the simulation internally within the purchasing organization.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, selling, or transferring the game materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

VOD Courses

Customers receive lifetime access to the purchased course.

Refund is possible within 14 days if no more than 20% of the course has been viewed.

CONCLUSION OF THE SALES AGREEMENT

The Seller confirms receipt of the Order immediately.

Acceptance of the Order is confirmed via email.

Upon receipt of the confirmation email, the Sales Agreement is concluded.

The VAT invoice will be issued and sent electronically to the Customer's email address within 3 working days of the order being completed.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment methods available:

Bank transfer
Credit cards

In the case of electronic payments, transactions may be processed by external payment service providers who process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

§6

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

After placing the Order, the simulation game is shipped via DHL courier service.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and city.

The exact shipping cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process after the Customer enters the delivery country and postal code.

The shipping price is displayed before the Customer confirms the Order.

The Seller ships Products worldwide.

Delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the Customer's responsibility.

The maximum delivery time shall not exceed 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

The Product is licensed, not sold.

The Service Provider retains full copyright.

After purchase, the Customer receives a paid, perpetual, non-exclusive license.

The Customer may use the Product internally within the purchasing organization for training and business purposes.

The Customer may not:

Copy the Product
Reproduce the Product
Distribute the Product
Sub-license the Product
Sell the Product
Transfer the Product to third parties
Modify the Product

The Product may not be used to create competing simulation games.

The Customer may not digitize, record, or reproduce game materials.

Violation of the License may result in termination of the License Agreement.

§9

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE AGREEMENT

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 7 days.

The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The returned Product must not show any signs of use beyond what is necessary to examine it.

If the Product shows signs of excessive use, the Seller may reduce the refund accordingly.

The right of withdrawal may not apply if the Product is delivered in a sealed package containing licensed materials, and the seal is broken after delivery.
