About me

Lean Management: Over Two Decades of Practical Experience and Educational Innovation

With nearly 25 years of practical experience implementing Lean Management across European companies, I am a consultant, auditor, and passionate educator. Enhancing production processes has become my life’s mission, based on hands-on experience gained at respected companies like General Motors, Gillette, Timken, and ABB and a solid academic background.

My journey began at the University of Economics in Cracow, where I studied at the Faculty of Production Economics. This foundation ignited my intensive exploration of methods to enhance production efficiency. A pivotal moment in my career was my time in the United States, where I had the chance to learn advanced methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Inspired by their potential and recognizing a knowledge gap in Lean Management in Poland, I committed myself to educating others and supporting their adoption of these principles.

Building on my project experiences, I also created practical courses tailored to implement Lean Management principles for various businesses. These courses have proven to be valuable tools for organizations, assisting them in understanding and adopting the Lean philosophy in their daily operations.

One of my most significant achievements is developing the GET LEAN simulation game, an innovative educational tool that enables companies to actively and interactively apply Lean Management principles. This game has emerged as an effective teaching method, allowing participants to understand key Lean concepts through hands-on activities and simulations.

My methodology integrates deep theoretical knowledge with practical strategies and tools. Consequently, the organizations I collaborate with learn the principles of Lean Management and develop the skills to apply them in their daily operations. The most effective learning arises from combining theory with practice, forming my approach's foundation.
