The GET LEAN game is an engaging simulation of a production process designed for teams of 13 to 16 participants. Each team member takes on a specific role and completes tasks at eight stations during six interactive sessions. In each session, the team processes ten orders from the finished goods warehouse, followed by a results analysis and improvement planning led by a Kaizen leader. To succeed, the team must meet four clearly defined objectives established by management.

In the initial session, participants identify core issues, propose solutions, and implement changes according to Lean Management principles. During the next five sessions, they refine these enhancements, improving assembly quality, embracing the 5S methodology, optimizing workstation layouts, and establishing pull systems with Kanban controls. They focus on reducing batch sizes, simplifying material supply processes, forecasting production needs, and lowering costs. Additionally, they implement single-piece flow to further streamline operations and enhance overall production efficiency.
